I think that negativity is quite a subjective idea. I really don't believe in the source of evil. It all depends on our attitude. We have a choice whether to create or destroy. We all have the "down" time but it is important to change it to "up" as soon as possible with meditation and positive affirmations. Many people like to dwell on the "down" and accumulate it. There is the dual deities - masculine and feminine - that balances out. But isn't it true that without negativity there would be no positivity? Shouldn't we have some sort of "down" time?
